So pissed off
So yeah, yesterday we had a 3hr lab exercise with DNA profiling, and it was heaps fun, very interesting etc. However, when we went to get our DNA under UV light to see if it was the ex husband, the boyfriend or the pizza boy who killed the victim, ours came up COMPLETELY BLANK!
I WAS SO PISSED OFF!
It turns out that the only explanation is that the DNA samples they handed out had no DNA in them. It happened to a few groups. So now my lab book has a blank picture instead of a nice DNA profile.
btw turns out it was the pizza boy. still trying to work out a motive...

Unbelievable
I simply cannot believe today.
About 2 in the morning I realised I'd lost my birth certificate, so I thoroughly unpacked my tardis and my suitcase etc, and eventually found it at about 3am.
Then caught the bus back to Sydney - long boring trip as usual. Then the bus from city to towers - my suitcase weighs a hell of a lot more than I do, and I had to lift it up onto the bus - ouch factor. When we arrived a nice young man carried it out of the bus for me :).n
Then had sushi lunch with mum - awesome.
So yeah everything was good - until about 6pm. Then, my computer suddenly and inexplicably gave me a blue screen (not the blue screen of death - more like the blue screen of slow and painful torturous death). Then my harddrive spontaneously wiped itself and lost all formatting.
so yeah - I"VE LOST ALL MY FUCKING NOTES FOR UNI. I CAN"T FUCKING BELIEVE IT
Sorry for swearing, I'm really rather PISSED OFF.
